The layout, plant and equipment are geared to produce high technology composite racing and luxury cruising yachts with ease. The Building Hall The main hall has been designed with efficiency and comfort in mind. There's space enough for three builds of around 36.5 meters (120 feet) progressing at the same time. Plus, the laminating, fairing and painting stages are segregated. • 3000m² of floor space to fit yachts up to 55m (170ft) • Pre-fitting pit for keels and rudders • 3.6m x 7.2 heated vacuum bench • Mobile resin mixing room minimising contamination • Mobile grinding booth with filtered dust extraction • Mobile small component spray booth • Air compressors: Kaeser Airtower 36 delivers 3.68m³/min and back-up AEC delivers .850m³/min • Four secure stores for owner-supplied equipment • Dehumidified dry-reinforcement and core storage
